Hello I’m Fern. I’m a trainee counsellor studying for a Level 5 Diploma in Pluralistic Psychotherapeutic Counselling with Chrysalis.
Coming to counselling can be a daunting but brave next step. I offer a non-judgemental, supportive space where you can be yourself and be accepted.
Life can sometimes feel confusing and overwhelming and as if you’re not understood by anyone. I will work with you in whichever way you need and support you throughout your counselling sessions with the aim of enabling you to gain a better understanding of yourself, growth in aspects of life you have felt stuck, or simply to have a safe place to feel heard and understood.
